RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you can return or exchange it within a specified period from the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Log in to your account on offertascarpe.com and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the prepaid return label (if applicable).
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within a few business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, you can place a new order on offertascarpe.com and return the original item for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the U.S. may return items, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund.

TRACKING YOUR RETURN
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it upon delivery.
